Please be advised that we had a number complaints filed against us with CICC. We have been falsely accused of job selling; charging fees for recruitment or employment; deploying fraudulent means such as fake employment positions; fake job descriptions and fake job offers; operating an elaborate scheme to defraud immigration officials; and other related allegations. Those that know us personally or by reputation, and former clients already know that we would NEVER participate in such practices. The full report can be found on the CICC website here.

We deny all of these false allegations; and we have the evidence and countless witnesses to PROVE that we have NEVER participated in any activity that supports these allegations. We also tried to explain to CICC that these complaints are the result of a coordinated attack from a small group of individuals, including a disgruntled former employee, to destroy our reputation and our business. However, CICC has chosen not to acknowledge this at this time.

As a result, CICC temporarily suspended our licenses until our hearings have been heard and resolved. The decision can be found here. Although we can share information that is publicly available on IRCC's website, we are not authorized to provide any immigration advice effectively immediately. However, please be advised that we are still certified education agents. In the summer of 2025, CICC administratively  revoked our licenses for non-payment of our professional fees.

Just over half of the complainants also filed civil lawsuits with the Ontario Small Claims Court in an attempt to get two to three times the professional fees they paid back - regardless of all the work completed on their file and the terms and conditions of their contract. They are using their CICC complaints to support their civil case. Again, we have all the evidence and witnesses needed to fully defend ourselves. Our legal representative anticipates that these cases will be resolved in Fall 2026.

One CICC complainant also filed a fraud case against us in Jordon. After reviewing our evidence, the Jordan court cleared us of all allegations in Spring 2026.

In the interim, we have engaged Mr. Usman Bhatti and his team at RZCD Law (www.rzcdlaw.com) to provide immigration advice and submit all immigration applications. We have known Mr. Bhatti for decades; he has been our lawyer since the inception of HG Immigration Ltd.; he knows that we would never do the things that we've been accused of; and we trust him implicitly. All engagement agreements will be with Mr. Bhatti and his team; and all professional fees are to be paid directly to his firm. HG Immigration Ltd. is tasked with supporting Mr. Bhatti and his team in an administrative capacity only (i.e. collecting documents and information; and preparing applications for Mr. Bhatti and his team's review and submission).
