In 2009, Mr. Rageiy El Hamarnah began in the field of immigration because of a sincere desire to help others fulfill their dream of building a new life in Canada; safely navigate the often complex and confusing immigration process; and provide a superior immigration experience. As an immigrant, himself, and as a Canadian citizen, he understands the obvious and unspoken challenges and excitement that a new life in Canada can bring.

 

Born in Canada to first-generation Korean immigrant parents, Mr. David Won grew up within the multi-cultural fabric that makes Canada unique around the world. 

 

​In 2016, Mr. El Hamarnah and Mr. Won founded HG Immigration Ltd. under the same shared values, ethics and goals.

​

Mr. Won and Mr. El-Hamarnah became Certified Education Agents (#CCG 00510 and #CCG 00513) so that they can better serve clients interested in studying in Canada.

 

In January 2020, we opened our first international office in Bahrain with Mr. Jasim Aljawder as our Agent and its Managing Director (Bahrain).

In the Summer of 2025, we partnered with Mr. Usman Bhatti of RZCD Law. Mr. Bhatti and his team is responsible for providing all immigration advice. Based on that advice, HG Immigration is responsible for leveraging our 17 years of experience in preparing the best possible immigration application package...ready for submission.

 

Coming Fall 2025, HG Immigration will be expanding once again with an office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia..
